1. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country, to use Oiss. If you are under the age of legal majority, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms where required. You are responsible for accurate account information and for activity under your account.

2. Acceptable use

You may use Oiss only for lawful, personal purposes. You may not:

• Threaten, harass, exploit, impersonate, or deceive another person.
• Share unlawful, hateful, sexually exploitative, violent, or privacy-invading content.
• Spam users, manipulate engagement, distribute malware, or attempt unauthorized access.
• Record or redistribute another person’s voice or content without appropriate permission.
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, disrupt, or reverse engineer Oiss.
• Evade restrictions, moderation decisions, or account suspensions.

3. Your content

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant Oiss a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, transmit, reproduce, adapt, and display your content only as needed to operate, improve, promote, and protect the service, subject to our Privacy Policy. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to share your content.

4. Safety and moderation

We may review reports, restrict visibility, remove content, limit features, or suspend accounts when we reasonably believe these Terms or applicable law have been violated. Moderation systems are not perfect; you remain responsible for your interactions and should use mute, block, and report tools when needed.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Some features may require payment. Prices and included benefits will be displayed before purchase. Payments made through an app store are also governed by that store’s terms. Except where required by law or platform policy, purchases may be non-refundable. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through the relevant store settings before renewal.

6. Intellectual property

Oiss, its logo, product design, software, and original content are owned by Oiss or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not give you ownership of the service or permission to use our branding outside normal use of Oiss.

7. Service changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features to maintain security, comply with law, or improve Oiss. You may stop using Oiss at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations, safety risks, legal requirements, or prolonged inactivity.

8. Disclaimers

Oiss is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that every user is who they claim to be, that all conversations will be appropriate, or that the service will always be uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Oiss and its affiliates will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits, opportunities, or goodwill resulting from your use of the service. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. We will post the revised Terms and change the effective date. Continuing to use Oiss after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
